Harold Sample Lifetime Achievement Award

Award Criteria

This award shall be made to recognize an individual who has committed 10 or more years to Leadership Pasco organization, having never received compensation, is committed to Leadership Pasco’s integrity, and promotes the ideals of Leadership Pasco organization. The recipient may be a Non-Alumni or Alumni of Leadership Pasco but shall not be a current board member upon receiving the award.

Nomination Procedures

This award may be recommended by any Leadership Pasco Board Member, or Alumni, and voted upon by the Past Presidents Committee, as determined by the Board of Directors. Self-nominations will not be considered. Nominations should be communicated to the current Leadership Pasco Board President, who may request support documentation. The award shall be presented to the recipient or his/her designated agent by the President of the Board at the graduation ceremony of that year’s class.
